Oh well.

School starts next Tuesday. and afterwards I am going to the ortho in hopes of getting my evil braces off. god i can't wait. though i wouldn't care if school didn't start until october. i wish it would.

school sucks.

MY SUMMER:
i did spanish 2 over the summer. that took a huge chunk outta my free time. -sad-
i went to yosemite and cambria. (i also did an 8 mile hike. EXHAUSTINGGGG)
i sat around and did nothing.
i read a ton.
i drew a little.
i tried wake boarding.
ouch it hurt really bad.
i read some more.
wrote a little.
watched a lot of tv.
shopped a TON.
readiness day sucked.

uhhh it's been....boring. so far. i'm hoping there's going to be something more.

i've opened up two cards

one: from my grandparents. the card was sooo sweet and i loved it. + $25 check which i will cash soon.

two: fricken hannah montana card from family. it was one of those annoying cards that sing to you. and hannah montana was singing. just...ew. no.

so i told my mom earlier. like a month earlier, that i wanted the new iphone or contacts for my birthday.

guess what she got me.

a $50 visa gift card.

i asked her when i could open my gift and she said, "that is your gift."

great mom. that was realllllly original.

ya, my birthday sucks.

(except for the fact that my other grandparents are giving me $200. which i am veryyy happy about.)

i know i probably sound like an ungrateful snob with the whole "poor me i only got $50" show. but seriously, i'm disappointed. i would've thought she'd put more effort into the gift...

i took ariel to see the torrey pines campus cuz we were near it (we went to the highlands to see the movie)

this was around 10 PM. it was dark. there were some lights. so i showed her around. she wanted to see the track so i decided to take her there last, as the icing on top of the cake, ya know? cuz the track is the only thing i love about this damn--nvm that's not the point. off topic. ADD. jesus.

so we get to the track after majorly working out on the patch [oh ya, buffin it up]. and we see this light. a flashlight kinda light. so i'm looking around and trying to identify the source. and guess what?

i spot it alright. it's this dude. and..

HE'S ON TOP OF THE FUCKING FOOTBALL GOALPOST. JUST SITTING THERE. LIKE A FREAK.

we ran outta there like there was no tomorrow. i'm not even kidding. we even saw this suspicious looking car out in the parking lot. and it wasn't there when we first got there.

I'm going to do a Holden post. For those of you who have read The Catcher in the Rye, you will be able to understand this joke :]

Beginning now:

One of the things I really hate is disappointing people. I really do. It's just so goddam annoying to hear someone say, "you disappoint me." Because then I worry about not disappointing them and it gets me into situations I don't want to be in. I do everything I can to not disappoint them, I don't even make my own damn choices. And it annoys the hell out of me. It really does.

Anyways, that's the issue with violin. I'm a pretty lazy person, I have to admit. Lazy as hell. Sometimes I just don't feel like practicing violin. It just seems so goddam stupid. So my violin teacher, Bridget, becomes disappointed when I don't practice. I worry about disappointing old Bridget. It really kills me. And not in a good way. I feel so goddam awful when I don't practice. I even wonder why the hell I'm playing the violin if I don't feel motivated. Don't get me wrong, I'm motivated sometimes, just not most.

Anyways, I don't really want to go into details. I really don't. Because honestly, it bores me.

I watched it. and I liked it.

annddd there were some serious hot guys in that movie.

plus some cute ones.

mainly the sword guy who ended up being the mutant freak thing at the end. that dude's son or w/e. who wouldn't shut his mouth.

I hate that about pictures.

That stupid blinding flash.

First, you're smiling for about 5 minutes, practically forcing it by the time the picture is actually taken.

Then, you're blinded by the bright light emitted from the little gadget of torture.

Don't get me wrong, I think pictures are cool and I love cameras. But I don't like people taking pictures of me. Especially those really long stupid ones at school. Cuz let's just get this straight--they do a shitty job. Have you looked at your ID picture lately?

I have had too many things happen.

1. Found a baby bird. But i set it free

2. Went to balboa park where is was fricken HOT. went to an art gallery. it was earth day btw.

3. Watched Aladdin. One of the best movies ever. But it doesn't beat The Lion King. cuz that movie kicks ass and you know it.

4. Had a family crisis thing w/ my mom. If you didnt read the note on facebook already lol.

5. Went camping with a certain friend of mine.

6. I tanned but i still retain my sock tan. which i hate.

7. I got my personal best at the last track meet. (For both 200m and 400m. i PRed by 3 whole seconds on the 400m!) My 4 by 1 team also got a history record for our school. cool huh?

8. I saved a caterpillar from a spider. I'm heroic.

9. Went to a history study sesh. But i got a nasty monthly surprise while there. FML.

10. blogging. blogging. blogging.

11. reading Extras right now. i've been putting it off for quite some time now....

12. phone got taken and given to my 12-yr-old bitch sister. she scratched it up and i still receive texts and phone calls from her stupid friends.

13. Wrote poem for history. Tell me if you want to read it. I need critiques :)

So, lesson learned this year: Never trust your english teacher. Especially if her/his last name starts with 'S' and ends with 'pross'.

Definition of Spross(in Dylan's book. which is the only correct dictionary):

1. (n.) An untrustworthy, lying cretin. Do not trust a word they say. 99.9999% of the time they are LYING.

2. (n.) One who constantly PMSes and has severe mood swings. Watch out! Don't get too close or you might get a bite taken outta you!!
